(VIDEO) Alex Kirry and Ethan Millard bring you a 'Zen Headline' highlighting a glorious slice of pizza from Scottie's Pizza Parlor in Portland, OR. Owner, Scott Rivera, claims that there were 103 different types of cheese varieties on the 'soon-to-be' Guinness world record holding slice but he was still in the process of finalizing that count.

(VIDEO) Ethan Millard and Alex Kirry discuss the current controversy in Chicago where a painter created a mural of former first lady Michelle Obama in her neighborhood where she grew up. While the mural itself is exceptional, it is also the same portrait that an Instagram artist that was uploaded a year earlier.

Johnny Depp performed as Captain Jack Sparrow (costume and everything) in the Pirates of The Caribbean ride at Disneyland.

Disney has released four Pirates of The Caribbean films since 2003.  These include:

Curse of The Black Pearl, Dead Man's Chest, At World's End, and On Stranger Tides.

All have featured Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow

Dead Men Tell No Tales is scheduled for release this year and there may even be another one after that.  We'll see.

In this episode, Ethan Millard and Alex Kirry also take a look at what Kenny G is up to.  The famous musician (real name Kenneth Gorelick) performed for a Delta flight full of coach passengers, walking up and down the aisle serenade them.  Of course, everyone had a camera in front of their face.

Kenny G is the biggest selling instrumental musician in the modern era.  His "Songbird" hit #4 on the Billboard Hot 100.

He also has done soundtracks for big movies like The Bodyguard starring Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston.

Kenny G is in the Guinness Book of World Records for playing the longest ever recorded note on a saxophone.  He held an E flat for 45 minutes 47 seconds at J&R Music World in New York City.

Our Zen Headlines segment today hails from Portland, Oregon.  Portland recently held their annual Pizza Week and Scottie's Pizza really got into it with a world record setting pizza.  103 different kinds of cheese on one pizza.  They're not putting it on the menu, they're just proving they can do it.  Congratulations!  Share a zen headline with us on social media: use #ZenHeadlines

(VIDEO) Today's 'Zen Headline' is brought to you by, you guessed it, CANADA! Ethan Millard and Alex Kirry talk about the story of an"overweight" beaver was found at a residence in Hamilton, Ontario and was carrying some extra fat from the winter. As you'll see though, it may have not ended well for the Canadian official symbol, allegedly.

Apr 28, 2017

Alex Kirry and Ethan Millard welcome you with a story from the suburbs of Chicago, from the neighborhood that Former First Lady Michelle Obama grew up in.  A stunning mural of Ms. Obama on a wall in the city depicting her as an Egyptian Goddess is amazing but the mural, by Chicago artist Chris Devins, has sparked intense debate -- and not for the usual political reasons.

Shortly after Devins finished the mural last Friday, criticism began bubbling up online. People accused him of copying the image from Rhode Island art student Gelila Mesfin

The #zenheadlines story turns a bit morbid when a "Fat Beaver" in Canada is stuck in an iron fence in Hamilton but is freed by a National Parks worker using soap to slip him through the bars.  The obese beaver was probably eaten in the wild though.  Hobbitstee Wildlife Refuge in Jarvis, Ont will nurse the animal back to health.  Hamilton Animal Rescue.

(VIDEO) Today’s ‘Zen Headline’ is brought to you by @Heathwadds and is the story of Jessica Rupie who found a very long Cheeto in a bag she purchased in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. It is roughly 18 inches long and given the fact that a ‘Harambe’ Cheeto sold for almost $100,000 on Ebay, she may be kicking herself for not selling it.

According to the Associated Press, the president has a button that summons a butler, and he often uses it to order a Coca-Cola.

With the push of a red button placed on the Resolute Desk that Presidents have used for decades, a White House butler soon arrived with a Coke for the President.

Alex Kirry and Ethan Millard chat about how cool this is and also what things they would have a button to order up.

A San Diego Man is getting quite the pay it forward moment because of his honesty.  Because he returned a $676 dollar check to its rightful owner, she turned around and started a GoFundMe page to help the man and his family who are currently living in a motel to get back on their feet.  The site has raised more than $16,000 dollars so far.  It pays to be a good person.

Alex Kirry and Ethan Millard talk about United Airlines' new move to try and restore their image from violent thug air carrier to generous purveyor of the friendly skies by rolling out heir new campaign to give $10,000 in credits to those who are bumped from their flights.  This move is a day late and way too many dollars offered for me as a consumer to feel like its really going to happen.

And a Zenheadlines story that President Trump probably won't be a big fan of.

President Trump launched a toll-free hotline in coordination with the opening of the Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement office this week but people are trolling with calls of UFOs and Space Aliens invading.

The office is intended to “support victims of crimes committed by criminal aliens through access to information and resources,” yet shortly after the number for the hotline was posted online, POTUS’ critics claimed to have hijacked the line.

A Utah woman breastfeeding inside a Nordstrom Rack bathroom is asked by an employee to move to a changing room because another customer felt awkward.  Ethan Millard and Alex Kirry can only offer two men's opinions on the matter but to the customer who put that woman and frankly that store employee in an awkward position, grow up, the world doesn't revolve around you and babies have to eat.

Plus, a #zenheadlines story that is pretty dang cool.

Phoebe Kannisto and her six sons made their latest haircuts a true (and charitable) family affair after deciding to grow their hair out together and donate it.

Kannisto’s oldest son, Andre, is 10 years old. She also has 8-year-old identical twin sons named Silas and Emerson; 5-year-old fraternal triplets named Herbie, Reed and Dexter; and a 2-year-old daughter named Marah Taylor.

(VIDEO) Following the continuous hilarity that Pepsi has brought us, Ethan and Alex decided to look into some of the worst tone-deaf ads that we could find. With how many people have to okay these marketing decisions, it’s hard to defend some of these companies. Nivea is bringing us ‘White is Purity’, Bud Light is removing “No” from your vocabulary, and Playstation is letting us know that, “White is Coming”.

Apr 26, 2017

Alex Kirry and Ethan Millard chat about a Nothern White Rhino, Sudan who is trying to keep his blood line alive by joining Tinder where a bunch of millennial Rhinos will likely only be on the lookout for a quick hookup and not a long-term mating situation.  Its sad really.  Its costing $9M dollars for Sudan's fertility treatments but he's worth every penny, ladies.

Zenheadlines bring us a great story about these two super fit yoga instructors who posted their engagement photo of him surprising her while shes stretching out on his legs and turned to find the ring right in front of her face.  So Cute.  The Hawaiian island of Oahu was the setting.

An Austrian man gets a ticket for belching loudly near some police officers.  The courts have dismissed the ticket but the Kebab-Onion-Fueled burp got the officers up in arms but the only thing that Jude Alex Kirry has to figure out is should it be illegal or was what the man did gross enough to merit getting busted?  An autistic man in Texas used to visit his favorite place, the Blockbuster Video by his house where he eats snacks and rents his favorite videos, Barney, Blues Clues and Spongebob.  When the Blockbuster closed, the community rallied with the parents to create an in-home blockbuster video store with the help of the old store and the family, they were delighted when the recreation was amazing.

(VIDEO) Ethan Millard and Alex Kirry are reunited to bring you a video directly from the mean streets of Berkley, California brought to you by YouTuber Vito Gesualdi who decided to try out Pepsi’s method of stopping riots. Unfortunately, Pepsi is 0-2 on being successful on bringing people together but at least we have funny videos to laugh at because of it.

(VIDEO) Today we bring you an episode of Nightside’s famous segment ‘Animal Kingdom’, where we document two New York City rats who are playing a game of tug-o-war with a genuine NYC bagel in a random subway. We get it New York, you have all of the coolest tourist attractions but paying two rats in a subway to bring crowds and crowds of people who eventually upload all of these videos to social media.

Apr 25, 2017

Alex Kirry and Ethan Millard watch what has become a quite amazing video of a New York Subway pair of rats fighting over the tasty New York Bagel.  The #zenheadlines story of the day features Jonny Benjamin, 26, an ambassador for Rethink Mental Illness who set out to find the stranger, whose name he could not even remember, in hope rather than expectation. But after TV, radio and newspaper interviews and a #FindMike campaign on Facebook and Twitter – backed by Stephen Fry, Boy George and even the deputy prime minister – Neil Laybourn, 31, from Surrey came forward and revealed that he was "Mike".  Waterloo Bridge was the place that Neil was saved by the passerby.  London Marathon is where they ran an amazing event together.

Alex Kirry and Ethan Millard start off talking about a dead woman's Fitbit that pokes a hole in her husband's odd alibi and may help prove the man killed his wife, Connecticut cops said, as new details in the case emerged over the weekend.

Richard Dabate, 40, faces charges including murder, tampering with evidence and making a false statement in the December 2015 shooting death of 39-year-old Connie Dabate.

Also, Other Companies that have made terrible ads without really knowing how terrible the tone of those ads would be.  Racist, mean, innuendos, all of these without even trying.  Nivea, Bud Light, Ford in India, Playstation, and you name it, they have all tried and failed miserably to be connected to their audience.

A #zenheadlines story that involves a dog that was adopted by the internet when its owner dies.  Ethan waxes eloquent about book that his son read that lead to their adoption of their own dog.  No Better Friend. One Man, One Dog, and Their Extraordinary Story of Courage and Survival in WWII. by Robert Weintraub. The extraordinary tale of survival .

After and Pepsi Co's tone-deaf advert from last month that depicted generic, lame, millennial fake protesters ending a conflict by rich Kardashian-Jenner family model Kendall giving a Pepsi to a Riot Police Officer, A Man takes the advice from their protest logic and takes a ton of Pepsi cans to a University of California protest in Berkeley where tear gas, brawling and political overflow was not so accepting of the sugary drink.

A girl becomes an internet sensation with one social media post on Instagram and twitter.  Well, she wasn't as much of a sensation as much as the food item she took a picture of.  In one of our most strange #zenheadlines, an 18 inch snaky cheeto puff, the longest cheeto puff ever witnessed was snapped as a picture then eaten.

Twitter user named Rue shared a series of images of her roommate enjoying a bag of puffed Cheetos in her car. She wrote that in the bag, the roommate found one long, giant, twisty Cheeto puffed snack, which miraculously managed to stay in a single unbroken piece in the bag.

Nearly 50,000 people have liked the tweet, with many expressing disbelief and amazement over the odd Cheeto

(VIDEO) KSL's Traffic Center reporter and SLC Fanboys host, Andy Farnsworth, joins Alex Kirry while Ethan Millard is off parading around Seattle. We go over a recent case of road rage that led 2 people to shoot at another car while driving on the freeway.

What we don't really understand is how do you not know you've been shot at until you get home?

KSL's Traffic Center reporter and SLC Fanboys host, Andy Farnsworth, joins Alex Kirry again to view one of the craziest bowling feats we've ever seen. 23-year-old bowler Ben Ketola runs across 10 lanes knocking out strikes back-to-back, when he finally runs to the beginning to get his final two strikes. Apparently he's been practicing this for a long time and while it is incredible, unfortunately it cannot be counted as official, due to not staying in his own lane.

Alex Kirry is joined by KSL Newsradio's Andy Farnsworth while Ethan is visiting the Emerald City, Seattle Washington.  Andy is the manager of the KSL Traffic Center that monitors driving all day and some recent road rage incidents have made us pause and wonder, what makes the human brain tick so far angry that we road rage?  We wouldn't treat people like this face to face, but in our cars we can become monsters.  A shooting road rage incident in Salt Lake City from over the weekend sees two bullet holes end up in one man's car and Another Utah driver, while in Oregon ran a couple off of the road causing a rollover on I-84.

And a #zenheadlines to inspire you in your hobbies.

Video posted to YouTube shows a New York man bowl a perfect game in less than a minute and a half.

The video shows bowler Ben Ketola rolling 12 consecutive strikes on 10 lanes in 86.9 seconds.  The video has become viral and even though he isn't an actual professional bowler, he set his mind to it and pulled it off in Syracuse New York.

(VIDEO) If you're against little kids trying to make a couple bucks then you may not enjoy today's 'Zen Headline'. Utah has passed SB81, a bill allowing the occasional business operated by minors without permits or licenses. A fiscal note for the bill estimates that the reform will save 'home based' business about $800,000 a year in taxes!

Jay McFarland of KSL Newsradio's JayMac News Show joins Alex today in for a vacationing Ethan Millard and breaks down the REAL deal on American and Russian relations plus, KSL Newsradio is doing something totally new, a fiction podcast that JayMac wrote and performed himself called "Hosts of Eden" which is now available on your podcasts to hear the first two episodes.  A Sci-Fi thriller that melds politics and otherworldly forces together to entertain you.  Its story telling at its finest. So good a story in fact, that the Mystery Escape Room in Salt Lake City is making a room surrounding the story line.  Amazing.

Plus, Peace Cat is the newest animal that everyone loves across the world.  A white and marmalade colored cat that was recovered from the ruble of a bombed out ISIS camp, saved and is now living in peace at an Istanbul Bookshop.  Its a metaphor of peace but also, it could be a spy.  Also, it just sits around doing nothing like a real cat.
